La fonte d’acier assurée sans interruption – grâce aux communications EtherNet/IP™- PROFINET

Toute usine métallurgique doit gérer en continu la fonte de l’acier. Pour ce faire, l’OEM d’une usine italienne avait besoin de connecter un CompactLogix™ Rockwell Automation® avec trois claviers PROFINET utilisés pour contrôler manuellement les machines.

Connecter les claviers à l’automate EtherNet/IP™ était nécessaire pour la communication en temps réel. Le fabricant de machine a trouvé une solution avec la passerelle EtherNet/IP-PROFINET de ProSoft. Désormais, le transfert des informations importantes est assuré et la fonte du métal est ininterrompue.
