To Our Valued Customer and Partner Community:
The COVID-19 pandemic is changing rapidly, and will no doubt continue to do so. What will never change is our commitment to you, the success of your application, and the enablement of you and your team to safely navigate these challenging times.
Our top priority is protecting the health and safety of our employees, their families, and our community. At the same time, we remain committed to meeting the high standards of service and safety that our customers and partners expect. Our leadership team is monitoring this evolving situation to ensure any necessary precautions are taken. We have already taken several steps to increase the health and safety of our employees and their families, while avoiding disruptions to production and support. These steps include:
∙ Employee and community safety: Employees in all global offices who can work from home are now doing so. This includes our technical and customer support teams, whose service to you remains consistent.
∙ Order and shipping continuity: As of March 20, 2020, product orders are still being taken and will be fulfilled by our production facility in Mooresville, N.C., U.S.A., at the same level of service you have come to expect from ProSoft Technology. We have limited on-site staff to those involved in production or shipping. We have also shipped some products to off-site storage in case operations are suspended in Mooresville. We are closely monitoring our supply chain and taking steps to mitigate any expected disruptions, including increased safety stock orders from key suppliers.
∙ Distancing: We have limited in-person meetings and travel to reduce the potential spread of coronavirus.
Our leadership team is remotely meeting regularly to ensure ProSoft’s service and support models stay consistent, and our teams worldwide are committed to helping you succeed each day. We will update you about any changes in the coming weeks to ensure full transparency.
These are challenging times, but the ProSoft commitment to customer service is as strong as ever.
