Modbus TCP/IP to PROFIBUS DPV1 Master Gateway

 The ProLinx Modbus TCP/IP to PROFIBUS DP Master Gateway creates a powerful connection between devices on a Modbus TCP/IP network and a PROFIBUS slave device. This stand-alone DIN-rail mounted protocol gateway provides one Ethernet port and PROFIBUS DP Master configurable DB-9F port.
The Modbus TCP/IP protocol driver can interface many different protocols into Schneider Electric Quantum processors as well other solutions supporting the protocol. The MNET driver supports Client and Server connections, and when coupled with the Web option provides a web/ftp interface as well.

PROFIBUS DPV1 Master Module for Unity/Quantum CPUs - PTQ-PDPMV1

The PROFIBUS DP Master Network Interface Module for Quantum is a powerful communication interface for Quantum platform processors. Developed under license from Schneider Electric, the module incorporates proprietary backplane technology that enables powerful data exchange with Quantum processors.

The PROFIBUS DP Master Network Interface Module for Quantum is designed according to IEC 61158 specifications and has been tested and certified according to PTO guidelines to guarantee proper interoperability on a PROFIBUS network. Acyclic parameter data can be transferred with Class 1 or Class 2 DP-V1 services, allowing processors to easily communicate with slave devices supporting PROFIBUS DP-V0 or DP-V1 protocol.
Features and Benefits

The module has two serial ports supporting the DF1 protocol, with each port user configurable to act as a Master or as a Slave. Data transfer between the module and the Quantum processor is asynchronous to the DF1 network, with the module's internal database being used to exchange data between the Quantum processor and the DF1 network.
