Un système d’amarrage automatisé et connecté 

Un fabricant de machines italien a trouvé une solution pour les ports trop encombrés: un système automatisé de mouillage. L’OEM a ainsi amélioré la sécurité et l’efficacité pour ses utilisateurs, et a permis aux ports les plus importants de faire des économies sur l’infrastructure.

Pour l’un de ses projets, l’OEM a cherchait à connecter un CompactLogix™ de Rockwell Automation® avec un CPU PROFIBUS maître Siemens® afin d’assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’installation. Connaissant déjà les solutions ProSoft Technology, le fabricant de machines a opté pour une passerelle de communication visant à connecter les deux systèmes. L’OEM a constaté que les modules ProSoft grantissent une connexion PROFIBUS fiable et sécurisée, et a apprécié le support technique tout au long de l’installation du module.

Désormais, les informations de diagnostic sont collectées et analysées facilement.
